Dear Friends,
I had been filling my time with all kinds of things I needed to do when the Lord stopped me and invited me to just come and sit with him. Ah … my days came into focus. Exquisite focus. His joy overwhelmed everything else I needed to do. I was grateful.
Ooooo …
Too carried away by the things on my plate, things God had given me to do. Second love. Love of Him one step removed.
Too engaged with my mission, with Israel, forgetting the One who gave me my mission, who gave me myself. Forgetting First Love.
It can be easy to keep my focus on Him, in the midst of my days, but also so easy, when life overtakes me, to forget.
Sound familiar?
Can you relate?
Let’s remember, always, to continuously worship and celebrate the One who gave us life.
Paul was always in prayer. We should be glorifying YHVH unceasingly.
What He creates out of our attention is beyond our comprehension.
It bends me over in gratitude and worship. First Love. Nothing in the way.
According to the Hebrew Calendar, we are still in the days between Passover, or Pesach, and Pentecost, or Shavuot. These are days when God realigns us for the year that has just begun, the year that began, this year, on the 8th of April, the 1st of Nisan. It is a time of great preparation of the soul and the spirit to receive all that the LORD desires to do through us during the current year according to His calendar (Ex 12:2). Sitting with Him, and waiting upon Him, making ourselves available to receive all He wants to impart can be supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Think about Shavuot/Pentecost not ONLY as the moment, in History, when God gave us His Holy Spirit, but as the moment, each year, when He imparts … and imparts … and imparts … what He will give us for this year.
This year that date will be on Sunday, June 16, Father’s Day.
We will be having A “CELEBRATE THE FATHER” worship event on June 15 and 16, 24 hours of worship, I pray, to celebrate the One we love more than life itself. (See attached flyer.) Wherever you are, on Father’s Day, please celebrate our Father. And thank Him for showing you how to stay in First Love, with your full attention on Him, throughout your days.
Please join me in prayers for all of us to receive all He wants to give us this Shavuot/Pentecost. May His Glory…His Holiness … His Presence … His Love … pour down upon us in uncountable measure.
On a related subject …
We now have a beautiful, beautiful glamping tent. (see pictures) For those of you who helped fund the first ones, which were mauled to pieces by bears, you will be glad to know that their replacement is now surrounded by an electric fence. Although not painful to a human being, it scares animals a lot, and causes them to stay far away.
Smile.
Here is a short, powerful, video the LORD gave me to prepare people for Shavuot/Pentecost: https://www.facebook.com/100045718400280/posts/988672039333400/?mibextid=rS40aB7S9Ucbxw6v
And some music that the LORD gave me this morning to prepare for His Coming.
And another one about His Magnificent Mystery
And a link to my music site in general.

And a couple fun, almost ridiculous videos of me out in the rain gardening are also at the bottom. One of them was a “mistake.” I had hidden my camera under my clothing to protect it from the rain as I splish splashed my way home, and I must have pushed the record button. Enjoy!
Much, much love and many blessings!
Keeping Israel in prayer always, trusting God completely for her salvation.
Shalom!
Wendy
